Join a VEX IQ Robotics Team!
Looking for an amazing experience to build a robotics team but don’t know where to begin?
Let our award winning robotics mentors guide you from first iteration of a VEX IQ robot to programming and participating in action-packed competition. All this learning while having fun too! This program is open to both beginners and experienced students ages 9-12. You can sign up to be a team of one, find up to three friends to join you on a team of four or ask to be assigned to a “wild card” team where we will find a teammate for you.
Team members will learn STEM concepts including thinking scientifically, using the engineering design process and problem-solving, which will help them to prepare for their future. In addition, teams will test their ideas and learn lifelong skills in teamwork, leadership, communications and more! Check out one of our past robot competitions to see for yourself how fun competing will be!
Build Days (choose one of two options)
Option1: Thursday evenings 6-7:30pm begins September 7 for Fall session
OR
Option2: Saturday afternoons 1pm-3pm , 9/16, 10/21, 12/16, 1/20, 2/17
IQ Competitions and Scrimmages:
November 17, Scrimmage 9am-3pm
December 15 Competition 9am-5pm
January 19 Scrimmage 9am-3pm
February 9 Competition 9am-5pm
March 1 State Competition 9am-5pm
